Cat Num mangoes grown in Vinh Long province have a delicious taste and a wonderful soft texture that are inferior to only one or two other types of mangoes. Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Toan, a master of organic agriculture who graduated from Alberta University in Canada, is the founder of the brand. With love for his hometown and a desire to utilize his knowledge to produce quality, safe food, he chooses Cat Num mangoes grown in Vinh Liem, Vinh Long to make into toothsome fruit jam.
Foodo has worked with Korea-Vietnam Incubation Park to develop the recipe for the brand’s signature mango jam. This jam is made from fresh, juicy mangoes and is sweetened with a very low amount of sugar and contains no preservatives. The first Foodo mango jams made their debut in 2021 and have won the hearts of many consumers who are pursuing a healthy diet and lifestyle.
The brand strives to become a reputable food-manufacturing enterprise that supplies tasty, nutritious food of plant origin to both the Vietnamese and global markets.
