Therefore, from harvesting to processing is strictly controlled. After the cocoa beans have absorbed enough nutrients and achieved a certain amount of natural butter, they will be kept in wooden barrels. Then, they will be sun-dried for 5 to 8 days and left to rest for 2 months before being processed.
