1. Instruction:
- For diffusing: Add 5-7 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or aromatherapy stone
- For foot soaking: Put 1-5 drops of essential oil in warm water of 40-45 degrees. Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes to help deodorize and relieve pain
- For massaging: Mix 1-5 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed or avocado oil)
2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
3. Expiry: 3 years from manufacture day
