Within this timeframe, you might experience a slight and unexpected delay in the delivery time due to artisans (our trusted sellers) enjoying their break. You can always chat with them in advance to ensure they can prepare your purchased goods on time.

Meanwhile, transportation services operate normally.

2. Our Delivery Partners' Schedule at CHUS.VN:

This nationwide service will continue as usual during the holiday. However, there might be delays in delivery time due to reasons like brand closure.

2.2. Lalamove:

For quicker and same-day deliveries, Lalamove will be available throughout the holiday.

Please expect some potential delays in this same-day delivery service due to possible traffic jams. There will also be an additional delivery fee for the New Year.

Additionally, if the artisan (seller) is closed during the holiday, Lalamove won't be able to provide same-day deliveries.
