Delivery time for Lunar New Year at CHUS.VN

During this period, please bear with us if there are slight delays in delivery beyond our usual delivery service. We genuinely hope for your patience and understanding during this time.

1. Delivery time:

Lunar New Year 2024 will be on Saturday, February 10, 2024, so the holiday according to the state calendar will last from Thursday, February 8, 2024 to ends Wednesday, February 14, 2024. 

Within this timeframe, you might experience an unexpected delay in the delivery time due to artisans (our trusted sellers) enjoying their break. You can always chat with them in advance to ensure they can prepare your purchased goods on time.

2. Our Delivery Partners' Schedule at CHUS.VN:

2.1. Giao Hang Tiet Kiem: 

This nationwide service will start their holiday time from February 8, 2024 to February 14, 2024. 

Here are some notes about receiving time of Giao Hang Tiet Kiem: 

- For orders before January 30:  You will receive the package before Tết holiday 

- For orders from January 31 to February 10: You will receive the package after Tết holiday. 

It should be noted that the actual delivery time may not be as expected (2-3 days late) due to objective reasons such as: increased shopping demand during Tet, processing orders slower than usual, the brand (Seller) is already enjoy their break!

2.2. Lalamove: 

Lalamove is an in-day express shipping service. They will accept express delivery orders until February 6 within the inner area of Ho Chi Minh City.

It should be noted that for urgent orders, the shipping price (shipping fee) will be higher than normal.

Additionally, if the artisan (seller) is closed during the holiday, Lalamove won't be able to provide same-day deliveries.

3. Other bits to know:

CHUS's Customer Care Department will be closed according to the Tet holiday schedule, from Thursday, February 8, 2024 to Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
