1. Iced black coffee:

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons (~25 grams) of roasted ground coffee

- 150ml of hot water

- Ice cubes

Instructions:

- Put the coffee in the phin, pour 30ml of hot water to soak the coffee for 30 seconds.

- Pour another 120ml of hot water into the phin, wait for the coffee to drip down.

- Pour the coffee into a cup, add ice cubes and enjoy.

Some additional tips for making Vietnamese iced coffee:

- Use a dark roast coffee for the best flavor.

- Grind the coffee beans coarsely so that they don't clog the phin.

- Heat the water to just under boiling, about 195-200 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Pour the water slowly and evenly over the coffee grounds.

- Don't stir the coffee while it's brewing.

- Let the coffee cool down a bit before adding the ice cubes.

2. Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee:

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons (~25 grams) of roasted ground coffee

- 150 ml of hot water

- 30 ml of condensed milk

- Ice cubes

Instructions:

- Add condensed milk to a glass. You can adjust the amount to your taste.

- Place the phin (Vietnamese coffee filter) on top of the glass and brew black coffee as instructed above.

- Wait for the coffee to finish dripping through the phin, then remove it from the glass.

- Stir the coffee and condensed milk together until the milk is dissolved.

- Let the coffee cool down a bit, then add ice cubes to the glass and enjoy!

3. Vietnamese white coffee (Bạc xỉu đá)

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons (~25 grams) of roasted ground coffee

- 150ml of hot water

- 100 ml of unsweetened fresh milk

- 30 ml of condensed milk

- Ice cubes

Instructions:

- Brew black coffee as instructed in recipe 1

- Fill a glass 1/3 full with ice and add 30 ml of condensed milk.

- Add more ice to fill the glass 2/3 full and add fresh milk.

- Stir all the ingredients in the glass.

- Pour the brewed black coffee into a separate glass and use a whisk to froth it.

- Finally, pour the frothed black coffee into the prepared iced milk and enjoy.

Tips:

- You can use any type of coffee you like, but a dark roast will give you a richer flavor.

- If you don't have a whisk, you can use a fork or a spoon to froth the coffee.

- You can adjust the amount of milk and condensed milk to your taste.

4. Instant coffee:
