About Caromi
Mr. Duong Ngoc Anh, the founder of Caromi, grew up with cassava noodles. This specialty of Que Son, however, was at risk of disappearing. Therefore, after achieving success in life, the founder decides to return to his hometown, revive this delicacy, and preserve the traditional profession of making products from cassava as well.
Que Son cassava noodles are known as the first and only type of pho in Vietnam made entirely from this tube vegetable.
