About Chilica
Chilica is a Vietnamese brand that manufactures minced chili seasoning, and chili sauce from fresh ingredients and spices that are clean and safe for the consumers.
The founder and director Nguyễn Thanh Hiền, first started off by establishing Tomcare Biological Technology Limited Company. He soon realised choosing chili sauce as a main product was a challenging and risky decision as there were over 30 chili sauce brands on the market at that time. However, his desire was to create a line of the finest and safest products with a distinguished flavor from other brands.
After 2 years of researching and investigating, in June 2020, Chilica made its official debut on the market following the philosophy of using safe and fresh ingredients to make high-quality chili-base products with exquisite flavors.
Chilica products contain a special signature of selected chilies, combined with a slight sour taste from spices. The products are prepared using a natural fermentation technology to preserve fresh chili flavor and aroma. They also implement the use of modern automatic machinery to minimize the human impact
Chilica hopes to showcase Vietnamese spices to the world as well as improve the value of Vietnamese agricultural products through their unique approach.
