1. When does CHUS accept returns or exchanges?

CHUS supports returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has a technical or manufacturing defect

  • The product is not as described in terms of quality, features, size, color, origin, or promised service

  • The product was damaged during shipping

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact

  • A valid purchase invoice from CHUS is required

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Personalized items (e.g. with custom names, engraved text, or special requests) are not eligible for return

3. How to Request a Return

CHUS offers a simple, fully online return process:

Step 1: Submit your return request

Contact our Customer Support team via:

Provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return (with photo/video evidence if item is defective or incorrect)

  • Your full name, phone number, and delivery address

Step 2: Pack and send the product

  • If your request is approved, CHUS will confirm via email

  • Ensure the product is in original condition, unused, with full packaging

  • Ship the item to the Seller using postal service or a designated shipping partner as instructed

Step 3: Exchange or refund

Once we receive the product, CHUS will:

  • Send a replacement (if in stock), or

  • Issue a refund via your original payment method

Processing time: Up to 15 working days

4. Return Fee Policy at CHUS

CHUS offers free returns in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect → CHUS covers 100% return costs

  • Product not as described (image, material, size, function...) → CHUS covers 100% return costs

  • Damaged during shipping → CHUS provides a free 1-for-1 replacement including return shipping

Returns are not supported for:

  • Change of mind, accidental purchases, or personal preferences

  • Personalized items (e.g. engraved, custom printed, or made-to-order)

  • Requests sent more than 3 working days after receiving the item

Important Note:

This policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
