1. Uses:

2. Instructions for use:

2.1. Remove the pillow insert from the pillowcase to heat or cool:

- Hot compress: Heat the pillow in the microwave for 30 - 45 seconds.

- Cold compress: Cool in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

2.2. Put the pillow insert in the pillow case, apply it to painful areas and relax.

3. Preservations:

- Dry the pillow insert and pillowcase in a cool place after use.

- Do not let the pillow insert come into direct contact with water or moldy places.

- You should dry and wash pillowcases periodically.

4. Notes on use:

- Do not apply to mucous membranes or open wounds.
