2. How to use:
2.1 For bathing:
- Immerse 1-2 sachets in a tub filled with hot water and leave for 10 minutes
- Stir the bags around and squeeze them before taking them out
- Add cold water to the bath but keep the water as hot as possible. Do not rinse after bathing. Just pat yourself dry with a clean towel
2.2. For sauna:
- Drop 1-2 sachets in a pot of simmering water for 5-10 minutes
- Place the pot in the sauna and ladle water onto the hot rocks for the herbal steam to spread out
