The basic pillow model has a compact and moderate size, which can be used for hot or cold compresses in many parts of the body.

2. Instructions:
- Open the vacuum bag, put the herb bag in the pillowcase
- Prepare herbal pillow (heat or chill to cold)
+ Heat: Heat the pillow in the microwave at 400 – 600 Watt for 2-3 minutes
+ Cold: Put the pillow in a plastic bag, put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours
- Place the pillow on the body area. Test the heat/cold before putting on
- Apply on the body for 15 to 30 minutes. Each application must be 30 to 60 minutes apart.
3. Expiry date: 18 months after opening the vacuum bag (can be used for about 300 times)
4. Notes:
- Patients with gout and diabetes should not use temperature therapies such as herbal packs.
- People with varicose veins should use thermal therapies such as heated herbal packs.
- Children under 5 years of age should not use the product.
- For external use only. Do not put directly on the skin when it's hot
- Store the product in a sealed plastic bag when not used. Keep in cool places
- Safe for pregnant women. However, pregnant women should not use this on the belly.
