1. Instructions:
- Add 3-5 drops of essential oil with hot water for facial-steaming. This will help to relieve stress, reduce phlegm and nausea.
- You can mix 2-3 drops of different essential oils with hot water and steam to treat cold.
- Use lamp diffusers: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil.
- Hair care: After shampooing, mix about 3-5 drops of essential oil with 20 ml of lukewarm water and rinse your hair. Do not need to rinse with water. Or you can mix 3-5 drops of grapefruit essential oil in your shampoo or hair conditioner.
