- Do not drink too much cacao powder every day. The advice is to drink only 1 to 2 cups to ensure its effects.
- Do not drink a lot of cacao at night because there is still a small amount of caffeine in cacao, which can cause insomnia.
- Best preserved in sealed jars or boxes
- Keep the powder in a cool place. Avoid hot places such as stoves, or places with high humidity which can cause lumps in cacao powder
- Use a dry spoon to scoop the dough
