The story of Mùa began in 2017 with a mission to elevate Vietnamese cuisine and produce. The founding team of Mùa recognized that many Vietnamese people had misconceptions about the quality of domestic products, often comparing them unfavorably to imported goods.

Driven by this concern, Mùa Craft Sake was born, a collaboration between the renowned sake producer Heiwa Shuzo from Japan and Vietnam's pioneering craft beer brand, East West Brewing Co. Together, they introduced the first craft sake in Vietnam.
