Homemade macadamia milk recipe:
- 1 cup unsalted macadamia nut
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or stevia extract (optional)
1. Instruction:
- Soaking macadamia nuts in water for at least 2 hours
- Take the nuts out and rinse well several times.
- Blending the macadamia nuts, 4 cups of water, vanilla and maple syrup for 2-3 minutes until they’re completely smooth
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smoother finished macadamia milk.
2. Preservation: Once open, keep refrigerated, use within 3 days
