Blending essential oils is like cooking and is an art, because there are countless different mixing methods that involve ratio and ingredient to create unique aromas. If the combination is not suitable, not only the aroma will be reduced, but the therapeutic ability will also decrease. Here are a few menthol recipes that we recommend:
- Increasing concentration: 2 drops of peppermint essential oil, 2 drops of sweet orange essential oil, 2 drops of frankincense essential oil
- Deodorant: 1 drop of peppermint essential oil, 1 drop of tea tree essential oil, 2 drops of lemon essential oil, 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 1 drop of lavender essential oil
- Insect repellent: 2 drops of peppermint essential oil, 2 drops of lavender essential oil, 3 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil
