1. Usage Instructions:
- For Hot Drink: Mix 7g pure cacao powder, 20g condensed milk, 30ml fresh milk with 80ml hot water. Stir well and enjoy.
- For Cold Drink: Mix 8g pure cacao powder, 25g condensed milk with 80ml hot water. Stir well, add ice, and enjoy.
2. Storage Instructions: Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

A former Director of the Department of Education and Training, Dr. Chim Lang discovered her passion for cacao while serving as the Rector of Ba Ria - Vung Tau University. Troubled by the hardships faced by local farmers due to unstable cacao markets, she made a bold decision: to deepen processing, elevate value, and craft a proud Vietnamese brand. After countless days and nights in the lab, the first bars of Baria Chocolate were born – no substitute butter, no artificial coloring, no preservatives – only natural ingredients rich in local identity.
In 2016, Baria Chocolate officially launched, growing from a 10-hectare organic cacao farm into a brand that now flies across continents. At the age of 70, Dr. Chim Lang continues to shape her dream – weaving love, hope, and the spirit of her homeland into every chocolate bar, as a living symbol of happiness nurtured from the fertile land of Vietnam.
