1. Benefits:

2. Instructions:
- Step 1: Thoroughly clean the teapot and tea cup with 100°C boiling water.
- Step 2: Add 10 g of tea to the pot.
- Step 3: Rinse the tea inside with 80°C boiling water and quickly pour the water away (avoid soaking for too long and wasting too much tea).
- Step 4: Pour 150 ml of boiling water at 80 degrees Celsius into the teapot, soak for 10 seconds, then pour out all the tea inside to enjoy.
- Repeat step 4 to enjoy the tea four times.
3. Notes:
- It's recommended to drink tea in the morning or at noon
- Don't drink tea when hungry
- Pregnant women and children under 3 months old should not use
