Regarding ingredients, Sou. uses pure cocoa beans of the Trinitario variant grown in sunny and windy Tien Giang province, Vietnam. Despite not having the advantage in quantity, Vietnamese cocoa is famous for its rich flavor, which is very suitable for making premium chocolate. Quality nuts, seeds, and dried fruits are also added in the recipes. The interference from those above factors is the premise for Sou.’s growth day by day.
