Have you ever found yourself staring at your phone screen, typing and deleting a message to your old teacher, a distant friend, or someone you want to thank - only to never hit send? Some words just hang there between "wanting to say" and "not knowing how to say it," and eventually fade into forgotten thoughts.

CHUS understands that feeling. That's why we created "Unspoken Words" - not to remind you what to say, but to help send those words you want to express but haven't found the courage to.

All you need to do is write a few honest lines in our form. CHUS will handwrite every word for you, print a beautiful photo, and deliver it straight to the recipient - so they can hold something real, warm, and full of emotion in their hands. And of course, it's completely free!

Why Handwritten Postcards?

You know, in Vietnamese culture, we rarely say things like "I love you, Mom" or "Dad misses you" directly. Our love lives in a warm bowl of rice served before meals, in freshly ironed clothes, in the daily question "Have you eaten yet?"

That's exactly why handwritten postcards - something physical you can touch and hold - become the bridge for words that are hard to say out loud.

It doesn't disappear in seconds like a text message. It stays in their hands, to be read again and again, tucked into a drawer or pinned on a wall. Every time they see it, they'll remember - someone took the time, real time, to think about them.

How to Join the Program

It only takes a few minutes. Just follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Scan the QR Code on the Brochure

After purchasing and receiving your order from CHUS, open the box and you'll find a lovely brochure introducing the "Unspoken Words" campaign.

Open your phone camera, scan the QR code, and you'll be taken straight to the registration form

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Takes less than 3 minutes! Just enter the recipient's name, your message, upload a photo, add delivery details, and you're done!

A few small tips to make your postcard perfect:

• Your message: Keep it short and sweet, 2-3 sentences (max 50 words). Let your feelings flow naturally, don't worry about perfect wording. CHUS will handwrite it for you with the most careful handwriting.
• Photo: Choose a horizontal, clear photo with up to 3 people for the best layout. The photo will be printed at 5x7 cm and attached to the postcard. Format: JPEG/JPG/PNG/WEBP, under 10MB.
• Anonymous sending: Want to be a secret sender? Check this box and CHUS will write "From a Secret Friend" on the postcard. Or you can write a nickname or whatever name you want the recipient to see.
• Delivery address: Remember to note clearly whether it's an office or home address. If the recipient is only available during specific hours, add a note so CHUS can arrange delivery at the right time for a perfect surprise.

Step 3: Submit and Wait for Your Postcard to Arrive

Hit submit and you're done. CHUS will handle the rest - handwrite every word, print a beautiful photo, and deliver the postcard within 3-5 business days.
