1. Uses:
- The hot property of cinnamon essential oil helps sterilize, kill bacteria, boost digestion, cures phlegm and coughs.
- Remedy for headache, colds, bruises; helps skin recover, anti-aging, prevents musculoskeletal frostbites.
- Circulates meridian system, nutritious, prevents noise and detoxifies body, helps increase blood circulation.
2. Instruction:
- Add a few drops of cinnamon essential oil to a diffuser, the essential oil spreads quickly around the room to kill bacteria, boost respiratory system, and deodorize effectively.
- Use water to soak your feet: add a few drops of cinnamon essential oil to a small basin of warm water, soak your feet for 15 minutes. It will help increase blood circulation to the feet, making you feel comfortable and your feet soft after a day of moving, helping epithelial cell regenerate functions for the feet quickly, especially, it is good for athletes and people who wear shoes a lot. It also deodorizes foot odor effectively.
- Wipe the floor: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to the last water or after wiping the floor, you just add several drops of cinnamon essential oil to a wet towel and wipe the floor well (suitable for wooden floor): deodorize odors, antiseptic, help the floor smell good which stimulating digestive system, hence, increasing appetite.
- Use as deodorant: Hang a bottle of cinnamon essential oil in wardrobes, it will have pleasant smell, reduce humidity and bacteria, can hang in cars to deodorize unpleasant odor and prevent car sickness.
- Use as massage oil to reduce pain, arthritis, prolonged coughs: Add about 10 drops of cinnamon essential oil + 10 drops of basil essential oil and 400ml of olive oil (or almond oil, jojoba oil), rub it into sore areas, bruises, areas suffering from arthritis, chest and throat, coughs will be relieved. Should be used with cajeput essential oil, lavender essential oil, lemongrass essential oil for better results. The oil can also be rubbed on the soles of feet, palms to increase blood circulation, reduce foot frostbite, and help keep the body warm. Cinnamon essential oil is especially effective in the winter.
- Cure colds: Can add 1- 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil to a glass of warm water, stir well and drink. It will make the body warm and cure colds, support digestion, and prevent diarrhea.
- Repel cockroaches: Cinnamon essential oil can neutralize the olfaction of the cockroaches, so they will be lost and die slowly or they may leave forever.
3. Importants:
- Do not drink it straight up, do not apply it directly to the skin, and avoid contact with eyes.
- Keep away from sunlight, keep out of the reach of children, it is not for pregnant women and children under 6 years old.
