1. Delivery Time Insights:

The 2023 National Day celebrations will stretch over 4 days, from Friday, September 1st, to Monday, September 4th.

Within this timeframe, you might experience a slight and unexpected delay in the delivery time due to artisans (our trusted sellers) enjoying their break or possible transportation delays.

2. How To Ensure On-Time Delivery During This Public Holiday?

To make sure your goodies arrive before or during the National Day celebrations, here's what CHUS customers can think about:

• Opt for brands in the same city you’re currently in.
• Use Chat with Artisan function to contact the seller to make sure they’re still working during the holiday, or reach out to our CHUS Customer Care team for us to help!
• Pick a suitable shipping method. We highly recommend Lalamove (for one-day deliveries in HCMC and Hanoi).
• Don’t forget about the leading time of Make-to-order items (such as message embroidery, name carved leather goods). They can take much longer!

3. Our Delivery Partners' Schedule at CHUS.VN:

3.1. Giao Hang Tiet Kiem:

This nationwide service will continue as usual during the holiday.

However, there might be delays in delivery time (1 to 2 days) due to reasons like brand closures or processing delays.

3.2. Lalamove:

For quicker and same-day deliveries, Lalamove will be available throughout the holiday. Lalamove service is available in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. 

Please expect some potential delays in this same-day delivery service due to possible traffic jams. There will also be an additional delivery fee for the holiday season. 

Additionally, if the artisan (seller) is closed during the holiday, Lalamove won't be able to provide same-day deliveries.
