Preparation 

- Light colored cardboard as background (white, beige)

Note: You can choose A4 or A5 size paper which are popular card sizes

- Cardboard paper in many colors of your choice (you can choose the same color but with different tones, or choose many different highlight colors. Here, CHUS chooses many different bright colors)

- Scissors 

- Double-sided foam tape

- Pencils (or ballpoint pens), markers of various colors

How-to-do 

Step 1: 

- Use a pencil or ballpoint pen to draw cute little heart shapes on colored papers

- You can make hearts of different sizes to make the card more unique

Step 2:

Use scissors to cut out the heart shapes. You will need about 5-10 heart shapes depending on the size of your card

Step 3:

After cutting, you will have many colorful heart shapes like this. 

Step 4: 

Use scissors to cut the foam tape into small square pieces. Note that these foam pieces will be stuck behind each heart shape, so don't cut them too large or else it will be exposed.

Step 5: 

Stick each heart piece onto the card. You can arrange the hearts with different layers from front and back, or alternating colors to create depth for these heart-shaped balloons

Step 6:

Write your lovey dovey messages on the card. This is an opportunity for you to show off your creativity so you can freely do as you like.

Step 7: 

Add a "bubble" string to make the card more vibrant and eye-catching.

Step 8:
