You can add some syrup or honey to your rose tea for a bit of sweetness. Besides the fragrance and antioxidant properties, rose tea can reduce menstrual cramps, which is good for women.
1. Instruction: Parboil 2-3 flower buds. Then brew them in 300 – 600ml freshly boiled water for 10 minutes. Enjoy it hot or cool with ice

- Not suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers
- Do not use the product when you’re hungry
- Only drink 2 – 3 cups per day. Ideally wait 30 minutes after your meal
- Do not use it if you’re allergic to caffeine or other herbal ingredients
- Do not drink tea that has been left for 2 days as it creates the conditions for bacteria and parasites to grow
