This earl grey black tea blended with garden-fresh bergamot essential oil, offers a subtle aroma and deep flavor that can help you unwind and get better sleep
Homemade earl grey bubble tea
- Ingredients:
+ Dried Boba Tapioca Pearls
+ 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags
+ Water
+ Almond Milk or Condensed Milk
- Instruction:
+ Prepare boba: Add the Boba in 480 ml of boiled water and stir gently until they begin floating to the top of the water. Turn the heat to medium and cook the boba for 12-15 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let the pearls sit for another 12-15 minutes.
+ Prepare sugar syrup: Bring 120 ml of water to a boil over high heat on the stove or in the microwave. Remove from heat and stir in 150 grams of sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
+ Brew the tea bags in 240ml of hot water for 10 minutes for a strong flavor.
+ Once the Boba is finished cooking, drain them from the water and transfer them to a small bowl or container. Pour the sugar syrup over the top until it’s submerged, Refrigerate until ready to use
+ Pour the prepared tea into a tall glass and add the Boba, served with ice.

- Jasmine tea can be served just plain, without any sugar or honey
