Using manual fermentation, Heyday Cacao produces cocoa products with original flavors. The brand is always interested in the quality and uniformity of the products. Therefore, from harvesting to processing is strictly controlled. After the cocoa beans have absorbed enough nutrients and achieved a certain amount of natural butter, they will be kept in wooden barrels. Then, they will be sun-dried for 5 to 8 days and left to rest for 2 months before being processed.
