2. Instructions:
- Rub a few drops in your palm, it evenly and put it on your nose to relax, fight colds, stuffy nose, stimulate nerves
- Put 3 - 5 drops into an essential oil diffuser to clean the air in the room, repel insects, and have better sleep
- Mix with base oil at the rate of 10% to massage after exercising or reduce fat for your body

- Add a few drops of Ginger essential oil to facial cleanser, shower gel to clean your skin better cleaner and brighter
