Green tea is one of the top drinks to improve cardiovascular and liver health. Therefore, it is great for people with high blood pressure or fatty liver to drink daily. In addition, as a premium tea, Longjing tea is great for treating guests or gifting.
1. Benefits:
- Eliminates bad cholesterol, protects the heart, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis
- Helps prevent cirrhosis and liver cancer

2. Instructions:
- Step 1: Thoroughly rinse the teapot and tea cup with 100°C boiling water.
- Step 2: Put the tea in the teapot.
- Step 3: Rinse the tea inside with 85–90 degrees Celsius of boiling water and quickly pour the water away (avoid soaking for too long and wasting too much tea).
- Step 4: Pour 85–90 degrees Celsius boiling water into 1/4 of the teapot at a 1:50 or 1:75 ratio (tea to water), depending on taste. Then, gently shake the teapot for 15–20 seconds to release the aroma.
- Step 5: Add boiling water to 3/4 of the teapot, then brew the tea for 35 seconds to enjoy.
- Repeat step 4 to enjoy the tea four times.
3. Notes:
- It's recommended to drink tea in the morning or at noon
- Don't drink tea when hungry
- Pregnant women and children under 3 months old should not use
