Use with breast pump: Heat up the herbal bag and cover outside the breast pump
- Heat compress in 5 minutes / or cold compress for 5-10 minutes
2.2. Herbal pack for back & belly:
- Open the vacuum bag, put the herb bag in the pillowcase
+ Heat: Heat the pillow in the microwave at 400 – 600 Watt for 2-3 minutes
+ Cold: Put the pillow in a plastic bag, put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours
- Check the temperature before using. Apply on the body for 15 to 30 minutes. Each application must be 30 to 60 minutes apart.

4. Notes:
