Should you use a hot compress or cold compress?
1. Hot Compress:
- Relieve muscle soreness
- Soothe abdominal pain during menstruation
- Improve blood circulation
2. Cold Compress:
- Reduce swelling after a fall or injury
- Soothe the skin after sunburn.

1. Instructions:
- Hot compress: Microwave for about 30-60 seconds at 400W or at another level according to your preference. Be cautious as the pillow may become very hot.
- Cold compress: Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
2. Preservations:
- The linen pack cover is washable.
- The herbal pack should be dried in the sun and stored in a cool, dry place.
- When you are done using it, you should put it in a clean, sealed plastic bag or box to keep the pack from getting wet and to preserve the scent.
3. Note:
- If you don't have a microwave, you can use an air fryer or a pan.
- The natural scent of herbs may last from 9 to 12 months depending on how you preserve the product.
- When the scent diminishes, you can drop a couple drops of essential oil into the inner herbal pack and continue to use it.
