8 Steps for using Planner Notebook effectively
1. Take 5 or 10 minutes every evening to go over your tasks for the next day.
2. At the start of the new week such as Sunday night or any other appropriate time, take a few minutes to plan for the new week. This step helps you to organize the work more easily.
3. Record monthly activities or anniversaries in monthly planning.
4. Color-coded business works and personal activities to easily identify.
5. Write complete and clear sentences to clarify what to do. Example: "Call Vy to ask the recipe" instead of just writing "call Vy."
6. Check the plan regularly. You can keep your planner in an obvious place like a desk and ready to write at any time.
