2. How to prepare:
- Rinse briefly with water to remove dirt.
- Soak mushrooms for about 20-30 minutes in cold water to keep them fresh before processing.
- Cut the mushroom ears lengthwise or keep them intact depending on processing needs.

- You can save the mushroom soaking water to cook soup. The soup is very delicious, nutritious and sweet.
- Do not soak in water for too long because the mushrooms will absorb water, become mushy and lose their delicious taste.
