1. Uses:
- Creates pleasant aroma, helps clear and calm the mind, reduces stress, fatigue, and prevents car sickness.
- Stimulates hair growth, beautifies hair, reduces baldness and hair loss, remedy for dandruff, prevents aging, helps reduce weight by massaging.
2. Instruction:
- Use with a diffuser: Add some drops of pomelo essential oil to a diffuser to sterilize air in offices and study rooms, helping reduce stress.
- To prevent car sickness: Add some drops to the handkerchief, then, take a deep breath when traveling by car, it will help reduce unpleasant feelings, carsick and deodorize the smell of cars effectively.
- Massage to reduce belly fat: Dilute it with coconut oil or cinnamon oil in the ratio of 3-5% to massage the belly daily, this will help strip excess fat significantly.
- Remedy for flu: Add a mixture of 5 drops of pomelo essential oil + 5 drops of holy basil essential oil + 5 drops of lemongrass essential oil (can also add 5 drops of cajeput essential oil) in a basin of hot water, completely cover your face with a towel so that hot steam can spread to your face in 15 minutes, the flu will be got rid of and you will feel good.
- Hair care:
+ Method 1: Add some drops of pomelo essential oil to shampoo to wash the hair, can dilute it with carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, etc.) after that, rub it well into your hair, after 30 minutes, wash your hair with normal shampoo.
+ Method 2: After washing your hair with shampoo, dilute some drops of essential oil with warm water then rub it into roots of the hair and the entire hair (no need to wash again with water). Use with lemongrass essential oil, holy basil essential oil for the best result.
3. Importants:
- Do not drink pomelo essential oil straight up. Instead, add 1- 2 drops to warm water. Avoid contact with eyes.
