Instructions:
- Warm up the pitcher / teapot.
- Heat water to 98 degrees (Note: keep in mind that boiling water too long will deplete the water of oxygen necessary for flavor extraction.)
- Gently take 2.3 dried lotus tea leaves & place 1 lotus flower tea drop into the teapot or mug, pour hot water 3-4 cm above it to allow the flower to fully unfold, cover & wait for about 5-7 minutes.
- Watch the tea unfold into a beautiful flower. Drink it while it is still warm, to feel the aroma of lotus and the sweetness of leaves & tea.
