2. Instruction:
2.1. General directions:
- For back pain, aches, and rheumatism: Massage joints of your hands, feet, shoulders with Thất Diệp Chi oil or rubbing it onto your chest, neck, which helps reduce the pain, repeated rubbing helps feel the effects and makes the pain be totally cured. A massage with Thất Diệp Chi oil for 10 minutes every night before going to bed brings pleasant feelings, deep sleep and boosts blood circulation.
*** Rubbing with the oil makes us feel cool at first, and after a few minutes your muscles become warmer, stinging and relaxed. After the essential oil absorbs, it will bring comfortable feelings and help relieve pains quickly. The ingredients are all naturally derived and are recognized as safe and effective remedies after a certain time of use.
- For coughs, flu, colds: Apply the medicated oil in the neck area, to the temples or on the soles of feet to treat coughs, flu, and colds effectively.
- For bruises, tendon sprain or swelling, muscle pain and insect bites: Gently rub Thất Diệp Chi oil on the bruises, sore areas, insect bites clockwise. Insect bites and bruises will disappear quickly, pain and visibility will be reduced after several attempts.

2.2. Tips to apply That Diep Chi essential oil:
2.2.1. Method 1:
- Pour some on palm (Let your palm cover the opening of the bottle, then tilt it slowly to let some essential oil out)
- Move palms against each other then apply the oil on affected area
- Massage gently for 15-20 min to let the oil absorb into the muscles and bones
- The warm nature of the oil will warm up the area, helping with the circulation, reducing the aches, cold symptoms
2.2.2. Method 2:
Drop 3-5 drops into a clean water bowl, soak your feet in for 10-15 min before bed to help relax the muscles, improve blood circulation, improve sleep quality and skin numbness
3. Note:
- Apply and rub or massage every 3-4 hours, not exceeding 4-5 times a day.
- Do not drink or apply directly to open wounds or abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes.
