Bamboo is not an uncommon or rare commodity in Asia. Ancient dynasties and indigenous tribes have all used bamboo for various purposes over centuries. Human kind realized the wonders of bamboo early on and started cultivating it.
Viet bamboo was found in Vietnam with the aim to provide people with natural, high quality utensils made out of bamboo and wood. The texture is not only durable, long-lasting but also easy to clean. They want to reduce the rapid use of plastic in the community and educate people about the advantages of using bamboo as a substitute.
Bamboo is a wonder plant, which can sprout anywhere and grow to full length in about 7-8 years on its own. Viet Bamboo is on a mission to encourage local communities to grow bamboo and use daily household products made out of bamboo.
