- Helps to relax; prevents depression, fatigue, insomnia; remedy for heart palpitations, quick breath.
- Helps control oily skin, reduces pores, when using with roses and lotuses, it helps skin become smooth, rosy white and reduces acne.
- Prevents inflammation, infection, colds; stimulates and produces euphoria, supports treating high blood pressure.
2. Instruction:
- Use an essential oil diffuser to freshen a room to relieve stress, depression; using with other essential oils (lavender, rose, Bourbon geranium) to massage is a great therapy after a long day of work and pressure.
- Add a few drops of ylang ylang, lavender, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) essential oil to a small bowl of warm water to steam the face as a remedy for oily skin; it is anti-aging; increases the ability to regenerate skin; prevents infection, acnes, or add to the bathtub.
- Massage to moisturize and whiten, smoothen the skin: use ylang-ylang essential oil with vegetarian oil such as coconut, olive, jojoba, in the ratio of 3%, you can have a natural moisturizer to moisturize and whiten skin.
- To reduce heart palpitations, headache: create the following mixture: 6 drops of ylang-ylang + 1 drop of lavender + 1 drop of sweet orange essential oil and 30gr of olive oil or massage oil and rub it into the chest.
- Massage to prevent aging and beautify skin:
+ Formula 1: 30ml of jojoba oil + 30 ml of almond oil + 25 drops of lavender essential oil + 6 drops of rose essential oil + 6 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.
+ Formula 2: 1 drop of lavender essential oil + 1 drop of Geranium essential oil + 1 drop of ylang-ylang essential oil + 5ml carrier oil.
3. Importants:
- Do not drink it straight up, do not apply essential oil directly to the skin, avoid eye contact with eyes.
