2. Ingredients:
- Dried shrimp: 100% dried shrimp, salt
- Prawn crackers: Fresh shrimp 50%, tapioca starch 48%, egg, garlic, pepper, sugar, salt, Monosodium L-glutamate
- Pickled small leeks: Allium chinense (Oriental onion), sugar, salt, cultured vinegar, purified water

Instructions:
- Dried shrimp: Eat directly after opening, or use as ingredients in dishes or soups, etc.
- Prawn crackers:
+ Fry from 160 - 180 degrees Celsius
+ Stir the prawn crackers continuously to cook evenly, remove when it turn into yellow
+ Can be fried in the microwave or air fryer without oil to limit grease
- Pickled small leeks: Use directly or in combination with dried shrimp, banh tet, banh chung, etc.
