2. How to use:
2.1. For face steaming:
- Pour a liter of boiled water into a sink. Drop in one sachet and leaves for a few minutes
- Gently squeeze the sachet to extract the herbal goodness
- Place a towel over your head and bend over the sink for five minutes to let the steam do its work
- When the water is cool enough, rinse your face then pat dry with a clean towel. Can be used daily
2.2. For feminine washing:
- Pour a liter of boiled water into a large bowl. Drop in a sachet of the powder, then stir the sachet around and squeeze it so the contents diffuse
- Squat over the bowl and let the steam do its work for 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to scold yourself! When the temperature is appropriate, you can rinse the feminine area with that water
- No need to rinse with clean water afterwards. The product can be used daily
2.3. For dental area:
- Used as a regular mouthwash to prevent bacteria
