Ingredients: Cajeput leaves
Cajeput essential oil has antibacterial properties and great health benefits such as supporting the treatment of respiratory diseases, relieving muscle and joint pain, etc. You can use this essential oil to reduce cold symptoms as well.
Cajeput essential oil is suitable for diffusion during chilly days when you're prone to colds. It can effectively kill bacteria in the air. Besides, it also helps to clear the airways when you have a stuffy nose.
Usage:
- For room diffusion: Add 4 to 5 drops of essential oils and 100 ml of water to a diffuser. This can keep the scent for around 5 hours.
- For steam inhalation: Prepare a hot water bowl/ facial diffuser. Add 2 to 5 drops of essential oil. Cover your head with a large towel and start steaming for 5 to 10 minutes.
- For bath: Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to warm water and bathe in for 5 to 10 minutes.
- For massage: Because it is pure essential oil, it should not be applied directly on skin. Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, etc.) in a ratio of ~30ml of carrier oil and 10 drops of essential oil. Use this mixture to massage your hair and skin that needs care.
