Some notes when using exfoliating products:
- Do not abuse exfoliating products: You should only exfoliate 1-2 times a week. Exfoliating too often can cause damage to the skin.
- Should exfoliate at night: After exfoliating, the skin needs time to absorb nutrients and regenerate. If you exfoliate in the morning, exposure to sunlight and dirt can cause skin damage.

1. Instruction:
- Use exfoliators after cleansing and drying to maximize the product effectiveness
- Use clean hands to dry massage product on skin and to take off dead skin cells
- Gently massage for 1-2 min
- Rinse well with water or with Fresh Home Lab facial cleanser
- Use Toner to balance skin pH
