About Gióng
Vietnam has the right weather and soil conditions to create a variety of coffee of outstanding quality, with a strong flavor that easily fascinates anyone. Understand that Mr. Mai The Khoi and his friend, who also has a passion for coffee, established Gióng to preserve and develop Vietnamese coffee beans.
The name "Gióng" was inspired by a Vietnamese quote, "gióng trống mở cờ," which expresses the courageous spirit that strives to do anything until the goal is reached. The brand has never stopped exploring different coffee beans and processing methods to actualize its dream: to make Vietnamese coffee stand high again.
Gióng uses selected Robusta and Arabica grown in different areas of Vietnam. After harvesting, the beans experience a manual roasting and grinding process to preserve the premium aroma.
On top of everything else, what makes Gióng stand out are its coffee blends: The Gióng Artisan Blend 1-7 product line. The coffee beans of different origins, grown at different heights, processed and roasted differently, are turned into various blends with distinctive and complex aromas that mimic the fresh breath of nature. Coming to Gióng, you will not only experience fine drinks but also immerse yourself in the vast universe of coffee.
