The basalt soil in Chư Sê provides an ideal environment for Robusta coffee to thrive, producing beans with strong, distinctive flavors.
The Robusta red honey processing method involves partially retaining the outer skin of the coffee cherry during drying. This allows natural sugars from the cherry to infuse into the beans, creating a sweet flavor and a striking dark red exterior.
This method not only preserves the bold, rich character of Robusta but also adds a complex and multifaceted flavor profile.

Store coffee in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight (It is better to store in a coffee bag with an air outlet valve than in a sealed box/glue)
