- Decorative details, accessories (buttons, hooks, zippers, buckles), or other accessories on the product. If there is no replacement accessory, it will be replaced with another similar accessory.
- Have to present a warranty card, invoice number, and a valid product.
2. Warranty Disclaimer Conditions:

Towards sustainable production, while minimizing harm to the environment and human health, thanhsimone is a French brand that specializes in handcrafted leather products, has decided to use vegetable-tanned leather for its products. It is a material specially imported by thanhsimone from long-standing traditional tanners from Europe. The tanning material used is derived from tannic acid. This substance is found in nature from the bark, leaves, and fruit to give color. As a result, the herbal tanned skins are safe for workers and users and friendly to the environment.
Thanhsimone was built from a passion for leather and desired to preserve the precious values of the craft of Thanh Le was a landscape architect. She lived and worked in France since 2014. In 2020, Thanh Le returned to Vietnam and established a leathercraft workshop by herself. Thanhsimone is not only a leather craft workshop but also a place where Thanh Le shares her inspirations with everyone. Customers can listen, feel the value and vitality of the leather products handcrafted by craftsmen there.
