The daughter of Ms. Trang, the founder of Huong Nhu Thao Moc, the brand that offers natural body and hair care products, had suffered from sensitive skin that is prone to rashes and allergies. She could not use regular shower gels and hair care products containing chemical ingredients as they made her skin and scalp itchy.
In 2013, after retiring from teaching at the University of Natural Science and an endless search for a suitable product from the market, Ms. Trang decided to take action herself.
