1. Benefits:

2.1. Soak:
- Put 2-3 teaspoons of salt into 3 liters of warm water and then soak your feet/hands; the water level should be higher than your ankles/wrists
- Add hot water if the water in the basin has cooled. If your calf hurts, let the water level cover whole calf as well
- Soak for about 10-15 minutes, then dry your feet/hands with a soft towel
2.2. Compress:
- Pour all the salt into a hot pan and roast, then put it in a cloth bag/towe. Apply the stuffed bag to the painful area until the salt cools down
- Or put salt in a bag, sprinkle a little water and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to heat the salt. You should apply it daily in 2-3 days until the pain is gone. Dispose used salt and use a new batch after 10-15 of roasting.
- After applying, put the bag in a bubble bag and tie it tightly
2.3. Reduce postpartum belly:
- Apply hot herbal salt compress every day on the abdomen (avoid open wounds)
2.4. To bathe: Put 1-2 teaspoons of salt in a basin of warm water to bathe
3. Note:
- Should be used every day, especially in winter
- Do not eat or drink sea salt
- People with varicose veins should not soak their feet in hot water
- Avoid open wounds when soaking / applying
