1. How to use:
- Bathing:
+ Take 1-2 lids to mix in a tub or basin of warm water for bathing. No need to rinse with water.
+ The product does not contain soap, so it is best to bathe with natural soap or wash with soap first, then rinse with water mixed with bath oil.
- Facial steam: Put about ½ of the lid in a bowl of hot water, then lightly cover your head with a towel and let the heat spread evenly over your face.
- Body steaming:
+ Put 1-2 lids in a pot of hot water and cover with a blanket to steam the whole body and get sweaty.
+ Can be used in a sauna or a dedicated vaporizer
- Room sauna: Put ¼ cap of herbal oil into the essential oil diffuser. Your room will be filled with the cool scent of essential oils.
2. Preservation: Close the cap tightly after each use, store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
