Pomelo is a very familiar fruit that has a delicate sweetness. The essential oil from pomelo peels has the ability to soothe wounds, relieve muscle pain. Plus, similar to any citrus essential oil, it can purify the air and create a pleasant fragrance for the space.
1. Instructions:
- Add 3-5 drops of essential oil with hot water for facial-steaming. This will help to relieve stress, reduce phlegm and nausea.
- You can mix 2-3 drops of different essential oils with hot water and steam to treat cold.
- Use lamp diffusers: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil.
- Hair care: After shampooing, mix about 3-5 drops of essential oil with 20 ml of lukewarm water and rinse your hair. Do not need to rinse with water. Or you can mix 3-5 drops of grapefruit essential oil in your shampoo or hair conditioner.
