CHUS recommends two room diffuser essential oil blends using jasmine essential oil:
1. Relaxing Floral Scent: A rich and soothing combination of sweet-smelling flowers to create a warm, comforting ambiance, promoting a more peaceful sleep experience.
- 3 drops of Jasmine essential oil
- 2 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil
- 1 drop of Roman Chamomile essential oil
2. Energizing Citrus Blend: The refreshing scent of zesty citrus awakens your senses for a productive day of working from home, balanced by the gentle, sweet notes of jasmine.
- 3 drops of Jasmine essential oil
- 2 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
- 2 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil
Special note
1. Instructions:
- For diffusing: Add 5-7 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or aromatherapy stone
- For foot soaking: Put 1-5 drops of essential oil in warm water of 40-45 degrees. Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes to help deodorize and relieve pain
- For massaging: Mix 1-5 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed or avocado oil)
2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
3. Expiry: 3 years from manufacture day
